Ah, good question!
Well, it was a loooong time ago, so let's see if I remember! :giggle:
I remember that it was not easy...and needed quite a few steps to get it right, but basically I followed the instructions in the help on the dA site:

- FAQ #67: How do I share Journal Skins? mainly

I have just searched again, and I think that this [link] looks like a good guide!
